What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization, if you choose to give one
- Phone number, if you choose to give one
- Your message
When you send the form, your details go to a function on our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages. That function emails them to us through an email delivery service, Resend. If delivery fails, the form opens your email app with the message ready, and nothing more is sent until you send that email.
Hosting and service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser details, to run and secure the site. Resend delivers the contact form email. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you. We do not sell them.
Analytics
This site does not currently use analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. If our spam check blocks a submission, we log only that it was blocked, not what it said.
Deletion requests
To ask us to delete what you sent, email mpifer@fitechsolutions.com.
